TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders received are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Vivid Variety Flowers Ltd and any of our personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of a rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order. Acceptance of your offer and completion of the contract between us only takes place when we start to process your order.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER / CANCELLATIONS
We shall do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Should you wish to amend anything with your order, please contact us immediately quoting your order number, full name, and e-mail address used for placing the order. Please note, most changes can only be made up to two working days prior to delivery date, and we reserve the right to refuse to amend an order for operational or logistical reasons. If a change is refused, you will be entitled to a full refund, provided always that it was requested two working days prior to the delivery date. Alternatively, you may choose to proceed with the order without changes.
Please understand due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged item you should reject the parcel (which should be seen and approved by the delivery courier and sent back straight away); in these cases, you are entitled to a full refund via the payment method used to place the order or, alternatively, you may request a replacement if you so wish – just contact us directly in order to do so at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the Contact Us form.
Each box you order includes a standard delivery charge. Delivery will be made by our trusted and dedicated delivery partner to the address specified by you at checkout.
We take special care and endeavour to deliver your order on your chosen date.
Orders placed by 1pm can be delivered from next day (does not apply to orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays; orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays at any time can only be delivered from the following Monday).
Orders placed after 1pm can only be delivered from two days after the date of the order.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT DELIVER ON SUNDAYS OR BANK HOLIDAYS. OUR DELIVERY WORKING DAYS ARE MONDAY TO SATURDAY, EXCEPT FOR BANK HOLIDAYS.
Once the order has been shipped, you will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address provided at checkout with delivery tracking number and time slot, if applicable.
WE CURRENTLY DELIVER TO THE FOLLOWING POSTCODES ONLY: BR1, BR5, BR7, BR8, DA3, DA4 DA5, DA14, SE9.
Orders to addresses not in these areas shall be refunded. However, we may make exceptions - for that reason, please contact us before placing your order, at email@example.com or via the Contact Us form.
We may ask for a signature on delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times on the date of delivery. If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, the goods will be retained by us unless you have provided us with special details of a nominated place to leave the goods.
We will leave a notification of the delivery and, in case of retention of the goods by us due to non-receipt, we will contact you to attempt to arrange re-delivery for the next day. Please note it is not possible to request other dates due to the perishable nature of the goods. Re-delivery shall be at your cost, at a fee of £12, and shall not be an option if the next day is a Sunday or bank holiday. Should your order fail to be received on delivery and you do not attempt re-delivery in line with the foregoing, or, should your order fail to be received on re-delivery, we reserve the right to not provide you with a refund for the goods, in line with to our refunds policy.
In the event that you instruct us to leave a delivery unattended at the receiving address, we expressly disclaim all liability which may arise by virtue of the delivery being left unattended for any period of time. This includes, but is not limited to, theft, tampering, contamination and/or any damage, perishing, or wilting caused by environment or due to the organic nature of the goods.
OFFERS AND PROMO CODES / VOUCHERS
At our discretion we may offer products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer and they cannot be used for orders placed before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date. In the event that a customer has made an order and the price of the ordered goods subsequently falls or is discounted owing to a special offer, the price of the goods at the time of the order shall prevail. As our special offers depend on availability, we may change the terms of special offers or withdraw them altogether at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to offer different personalised special offers and promotions and such special offers will only be available to the customers in receipt of the special offer to redeem the discount. Discounted introductory offers are only available to new members or subscribers of the Vivid Variety Flowers services and are only available once to any one person. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and only one promotion code is allowed to be used per order.
